So at least one person in my life will likely ask the meaning of the title of this album, so here's what I'm feverishly thinking.

I woke up sick today & started listening to some unreleased music I recorded a long time ago that didn't fit the projects I had then. Along with that I've recorded a lot of stuff recently on my Casio & I felt that the displaced old songs fit really well with my new songs. Thinking about the past when listening to the old songs was kinda like confronting my demons but not in a bad way, in a great fun to be where I am now because of the life I've lived so far. So that's basically what the title means.

Life is good, keep it 100

released September 10, 2015

This album has Casio, guitar, some matrix synth app & the background noise of my A.C. & the weirdly loud noise of my refrigerator & my breathing & possibly more. I use FiRe for live recording, Audacity for audio editing. Thanks to Twitter user @Porn_Moth for helping me pick the cover picture.
